White Light Energy Exercises for Parents & Educators

Here we offer you a few audio energy exercises, crafted by Michael, to assist us in clearing our energies and aligning our intent with our true Selves, our loving Selves. If you choose to consistently use these and other tools Michael has suggested, over time, your ability to regulate, or manage, your energetic state will increase, tremendously. This means, the energies you’ll be sharing with your children and everyone in your life experience, will be positve, loving energies.

These exercises can be done on your own, with another, or with a group. As energy follows intent, it is important to repeat the phrases and think about what you are affirming.

More Foundational Energy Exercises for Regular Use

NOTE – If you are doing these by yourself, we recommend that you read each line aloud, take a deep breath, then repeat the line. If you are doing these with others, someone can read and the others, repeat. Take your time and feel free to use your own words. It’s the intent behind the words that empowers them, energetically.

BASIC CLEARING

I open to Source, or God, I open to the totality of my being.

I release into my Light all the negative thoughts and energies I’ve been exploring

That interfere with my ability to be one with Source, one with the truth of who I am, the totality of my being.

All the negativity that is mine, I embrace in my Love, my Light.

I transmute these energies with my Love, understanding, and acceptance

And return them to my totality as chosen learning opportunities.

All that is not mine, that I’ve connected with while exploring these energies, I release and return to the sources with Love.

As I do this, I open in greater measure to my truth, the totality of my being, and to Source.

I am Love. … I am Light. … I am unlimited. … I am Source, manifest.

NOTE – After this basic clearing, you can choose to put your intent into something more specific. Below are some examples of that. It’s very helpful, and will empower your intent, to have a basic understanding of the energetic mechanics of what you are doing. DAILY INTENTION

I call on my higher selves, my Source self, to guide my words and actions in all I say and do today.

I radiate my Love and Light on all levels of my being.

I am Love. I am Light. I am one with Source.

I’m a walking, talking Love machine. I’m a walking, talking Light machine.

FRUSTRATION WITH LIFE

I release from all levels of my being, all the negative thoughts and energies

That are a consequence of living in this world, providing for myself and others.

All my frustration, my resentment, my anger, around living and surviving in this world.

All that is mine, I release into my Light with Love.

I embrace and transmute with Love and return to my totality as chosen learning opportunities.

All that is not mine, I release from all levels of my being, every cell of my being, all that is not mine, and I return it with Love.

I release to the lords and masters of Light, with love, all those beings

Who are interfering in my connection to the truth of who I am.

FRUSTRATION WITH MY CHILD/STUDENT

I release into my light, all the negative thoughts and energies I have been exploring

That have given me cause to be frustrated with my child.

All that is mine, I embrace and transmute with Love, with joy, with acceptance, with understanding,

And I return them to my totality as chosen learning opportunities.

Thank you, my child.

I send my Love to you on all levels, transmuting all the negativity you’ve received from me, when I have chosen to judge you,

So there is nothing but Love coming from me to you. I love you.

WORRY

God, I’ve done a heck of a job worrying about my children. There is nothing more for me to learn.

I release all the negative thoughts and energies that are a consequence of worrying, into my Light.

I transmute them with love and light and return them to my higher selves as a chosen, learning experience.

There is nothing more for me to learn.

With each breath that I take, I am merging with the truth of who I am.

I send my love to my children and I transmute all the negativity they have ever received from me, right from the time they were in my womb.

I transmute these negative energies with my Love, with my Light.

So there is nothing but Love coming from me to my children.

SPEAK TRUTH WITH MY CHILD

I release into my Light, all the negative thoughts and energies

That interfere with my ability to speak my truth to my child, to love my child.

All that is mine, I embrace and transmute with Love

And return to my totality as chosen learning opportunities.

All that is not mine, I release and return with Love.

I release to the lords and masters of Light,

All of those beings who’ve taken advantage of these fears I’ve been exploring.
