The following is given to you with Love and Light; You do not need to use the exact words while doing the affirmations, as it is the intent which is most important. Remember that energy follows intent, or desire. The word “Source” is simply another word for the energy that some call God, the Creator, Alpha and Omega, Jehovah, EL, Allah, etc.

Energy Protection

I open to Source, to the totality of my being

And surround myself with divine Love and Light on all levels of my being.

I transmute with Love and Light all negativity in my energy field that is mine.

With each breath, each heartbeat, I am merging in greater measure with my Source Self.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.

Grounding

I am grounded into the core of this reality.

I radiate Love and Light from the core of my being into all levels of my being.

I am an anchor for Love and Light in this reality.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.

Connecting To Your Higher-Self

I call on my higher Selves to merge with my physical self.

I release all negative thought forms and energies I have created

That interfere with my being one with Source,

One with my truth, and the totality of my being.

Home Protection

I open to Source and to my totality of my being.

I channel Love into my home, cleansing and clearing it of all negativity.

I fill and shield my home with Love on all levels so that it is a place of healing and peace for all who enter it.

I am Love, I am Light, and one with Source.

Daytime

I open to Source on all levels.

I open to my totality to guide my words and actions in all I do and say.

I radiate Love and Light on all levels of my being.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.

I am a walking, talking Love machine, a walking, talking Light machine.

Releasing

I release with Love and Light, all thought forms from every level of my being that are negative.

I release all energies and thought forms I have picked up from others that are none of my business.

With Love and Light, I sever all links and bonds into my being that are negative.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.

Receiving

I open to Source and the totality of my being.

With love I transmute all of the negative energies and thought forms which have interfered with my ability to be one with Source,

One with my truth, my Light, and my totality.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.

Bedtime

I call on those beings of Love and Light whom on a soul level I have chosen to teach me,

To remind me of my true nature and my unlimited self,

To come to me during my sleep time to assist me in my spiritual awakening.

I am Love, I am Light, I am one with Source.
